Fantastic customer service! We came in for a flat tire on July 4th weekend. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and was able to repair our tire ahead of schedule. I'll definitely recommend this location!

The front desk manager, I believe it was Timothy yordy was absolutely amazing. Great guy, great personality and showed he genuinely cared about what he does. Very honest and up front. The technician Jaylon was also a great guy, very knowledgeable and took his time to come give me updates constantly and explained everything perfectly. It showed how genuine he was, caring and intelligent. The energy between these guys was more than I could ask for. Haven’t had a service anywhere in Tyler like I had here. Very helpful people.

These guys were amazing and went above and beyond to fix my truck . They handled the paperwork and dealt with my insurance. My engine was delivered slow but they worked magic to get it done. I am so grateful to the service and the outstanding customer service provided. Thank you!!

As a delivery service company, we rely on Tim and his crew at Pep Boys to keep us moving, and they never let us down. They make a way when it seems impossible, getting our vehicles back on the road quickly and efficiently. Outstanding service—we couldn’t recommend them more!

I just want to give a shout out to Jacob and his team at Pep Boys in Tyler. Yesterday afternoon, my starter went out in the middle of the day. I live an hour and a half away from Tyler, and it was imperative to have it repaired right away. Even though the tow truck wasn't able to get me there until 2:00 in the afternoon, Jacob was able to acquire the necessary parts. Though they were short-staffed, they were able to get my car back on the road the same day! I can't say enough how much I appreciated his sense of urgency to help me out. I would highly recommend using Pep Boys in Tyler on Broadway to my friends in the future. Thank you guys!
